Does anyone here have huge lipomas that weigh about 20 pounds?

Hi, I am a new member with Madelung's Disease [also known as Bilateral Symmetrical Lipomatosis, and Dercum's Disease].  I have huge lipomas on my right hip, right buttock, left thigh and smaller ones on my ankles, calves, knees, and the lower half of my upper arms and my left neck.  I have to wear mens size 72" pants to get around my hips, though my upper body size is normal.

I am seeing a vascular surgeon next week to see about possible embolization of these lipomas.  After the embolization is done, I plan to have a plastic surgeon do liposuction after the lipomas have shrunk, so ther will be less blood loss afterwards.

I also have lipedema, Type 2 diabetes, sarcoidosis and irritable bowel syndrome + numerous other problems.
