pido disculpas de antemano porque no se escribir en ingles, voy a hacer todo lo posible:

and i mail to a colombian dermatologist doctor, he said me "the solution for you trouble is the laserlipolisis"

laserliplosis consist of introducing an optical fiber in a lipoma, and dissolve it with a laser.

someone heard something about this?
