Protection from unsafe products is good, and common sense is better.
If I told you apple cider vinegar would cure heart burn and sold it that way, FDA would have to classify it as a drug. Not much common sense in that.

I injected right into the lipoma, had to get really small needles. I thought I was going to pass out afraid from injecting the needles the first time. Eventually got to where it was no problem, and put needles in without any topical numbing cream. Don't go in a hair folical or if it hurts when you are on the surface that is not a good entry point either. Also, squeeze it prior to make sure you are not going into a blood vessel.
I got no results, mapped it, tracked it and tried multiple methods and amounts. It caused a liver detox, which made me tired and somewhat confused. Was really a terrible mental experience, but you don't know until you're there. Others may have different experiences.
The main ingredient is supposed to be deoxycholate. (spelling?) This is produced in the stomach acid of cows and is also one of the main ingredients for a cortizone shot. The doctor had told me that sometimes a cortizone shot will shrink these. I never tried it.
I did find a source a while back where you could purchase for $35 - $65 per bottle. If someone were to try this, 1 bottle would be a try.
Didn't work for me, might for some others. More and more places are popping up for cosmetic appearance treatments like this. Might be worth a phone call if you can find one locally.
I think the future cure will be targeted ultrasound treatments that targets the lipoma tissue only.
Search for contour1, probalby a better alternative.

I wouldn't suggest smoking either. FDA allows that, at least until we say it is a cure for common sense.

I believe it came from Brazil. Unfortunately, the FDA shut down the site because the FDA said that they were claiming it cured something.
Read for yourself, they said it would have to be classified as a drug.
